Refund policy

RETURNS ---- We have a 30-day return policy for most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, attachments and manual.

Some items, such as customized or personalized items cannot be return, with the exception of any manufacturer defects or incorrect shipments.

Some items will also need to have authorization number attached to it in order for it to be eligible for return. Without this authorization number, your return could be rejected. Therefore, please do not return items back to us without first contacting.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. I

f your item is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photographic or video evidence of the issue to process your full refund or replacement.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or color, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. The item must be returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging. Items returned showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
